Sonoran Villas Gets Plan For Pool Approved

Sonoran Villas is an enclave of 15 luxury condos located in Cave Creek, AZ. This week they got a plan for a community pool approved. The community received stellar reviews from prospects who were touring, but a community pool seemed to be a high priority for potential buyers, so the developer made it happen.
